2000mg Taurine: this ingredient is osmotic which means it draws water into the cells aiding recovery and function. it also retains potassium also, magnesium which can help with hydration, this should also alleviate muscle cramps, greater for the bigger guys.

1000mg Potassium citrate: this electrolyte helps with balancing fluid levels, potassium can alleviate lots of issues such as osteoporosis, blood pressure etc. its a crucial mineral to help with muscle contractions and nerve signals.

500mg Pink himalayan salt: Pink rock salt contains a solid amount of sodium chloride and other minerals albeit trace, that will help with hydration and electrolyte balance to help with contractions as well as performance.

500mg magnesium citrate: this mineral can play a positive role in mood, blood pressure & sugar levels! A great addition to supplement as alot are deficient and will help sleep too.

Directions for use;

To ensure optimal hydration for performance & general health, 1 serving upon waking is normally best for most.
